Akashi Kaikyo Bridge

Akashi Kaikyo Bridge is the longest suspension bridge in the world. The main span length is 1,991 meters (6,532 ft)

It links Kobe on the mainland and Awaji Island.


It's also called 'Pearl Bridge' for its beautifulness!

The photos were taken from the Kobe side.

明石海峡大橋は世界で一番長い吊り橋です。
吊り橋部分の全長は1991メートルで、神戸の街と淡路島を結んでいます。

その美しさからパールブリッジとも呼ばれています！

There are many shops and cafes alongside the little old streets.


It's fun just walking around to look for something you like that is very Japanese.

Hodaka Mountain Range!

Hodaka Mountain Range!
The ropeway there is one of the oldest in Japan. And the most interesting feature about the ropeway is its double decker gondola cars!
It actually climbs 1000 meters up the hill of the mountain range, which is soooo thrilling!!!


穂高連峰！
新穂高ロープウェイは日本で最も古いロープウェイの一つ。
ゴンドラが二階建てです！
1000mも一気に登るので、すご〜くスリリング！！

Shirakawa-go, last Friday.
It was such a beautiful day to enjoy walking around the small village.
This village is deep in the mountains in Gifu Prefecture, and a bit far from the terminals for tourists such as Osaka, or Tokyo, but still it's worth visiting!!
And there actually are lots of tourists from around the world!


先週金曜日の白川郷です。
とても良いお天気で散策に最適な一日！
岐阜県の山奥にあるこの村、大きな都市からは離れているけれど、行ってみる価値は絶対にあり！
実際、世界中からたくさんの観光客がお越しでした。
